Alfie Caacbay Celino is a devoted husband, a loving father to two beautiful daughters, and a man admired for his strength, humility, and unwavering spirit. At 43 years old, Alfie has spent his life working hard to provide for his family, most recently as an overseas worker in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Alfie Celino was diagnosed with hydrocephalus Last April 2025, and since then, life has been a whirlwind of hospital visits, brain surgeries, and difficult recoveries. Despite all of this, Alfie remains strong, kind, and hopeful — a true warrior.
Unfortunately, Alfie is now in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) after developing pneumonia and a severe infection following his last surgery. He is in critical condition and continues to fight for his life with incredible courage.
Today, we’re asking for your help.
We are raising funds to cover:
This journey has placed an overwhelming emotional and financial burden on Alfie’s family. With mounting medical bills, ongoing treatment costs, and daily expenses, they are in urgent need of financial support.
We are reaching out to friends, family, kind-hearted individuals, and the wider community to ask for any help you can give. No amount is too small. Your support can help cover hospital costs, medication, post-operative care, and daily needs for his wife and children during this unimaginable time.
If you're able, please consider making a donation or sharing this page with others who may be able to help. Your kindness and compassion can make a real difference.
Let us come together for Alfie—because no one should have to go through this alone.
You can also support Alfie through our GoGetFunding page. Every contribution, big or small, helps bring him closer to recovery.
Donate via GoGetFundingImportant: All donations are directly received and managed by Alfie’s wife to support his treatment and family’s daily needs.
Because behind every donation is a message of hope.
Alfie is not just a patient—he is a father, a husband, and a hardworking man who dedicated his life to providing for his family. After three surgeries and now fighting pneumonia and infection in the ICU, Alfie and his loved ones are carrying a burden no family should face alone.
Your donation, no matter how small, is a powerful way to show compassion, humanity, and support during one of the most difficult moments in their lives. It helps cover urgent medical costs, provides relief to his family, and most of all, reminds them that people care.
Give hope. Give strength. Stand with Alfie.
Alfie is diagnosed with hydrocephalus, a serious medical condition where excess cerebrospinal fluid builds up in the brain, causing pressure inside the skull. This condition can lead to symptoms like severe headaches, nausea, difficulty walking, vision problems, and cognitive issues.
In Alfie’s case, the condition became severe enough to require three surgeries—in 2024, February 2025, and May 2025. Following his latest operation, he also developed pneumonia and a serious infection, which have made his situation critical and placed him in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Your donation is sent directly to Alfie’s wife, Regina “Rhegs” Celino, so it immediately helps support their medical and daily needs. There are no middlemen—your support goes straight to the family during this critical time.
